The set

Immortal Phoenix is the first Core Booster of 2027 and it is built around the monsters of Marik’s Sun God. The headline card is The Winged Dragon of Ra, Sun God of Darkness, the first DIVINE monster that lives in the Extra Deck. There is also support for Salamangreat and Winter Raven, plus Celestigard, a new Xyz theme. Konami has announced 100 cards plus 20 Starlight Rares.

Who it’s for

This is the format for building a Deck around the new cards or chasing the complete set, and it works out cheaper than 24 packs at RRP (CHF 108.00).

Why the German edition

German is what you will find most often in shops and at tournaments in German-speaking Switzerland. If you play in Zurich, Bern or Lucerne, or trade with German-speaking friends, everyone has the same card names and text on the table. For now the photo shows the English pack.
